How to Connect A User Account

Connect to Users

Professional users are given an account by their agency or the state upon meeting certification and training requirements. Professionals can connect their cases using Independio's intuitive dashboard.

What Pros see when they log in

Plans

Professionals can review, update, edit and customize a users plan from the main plans screen. If Caretakers or Main Users have submitted changes, Professionals will see them on the main screen for review.

Assessments & Progress Measurements

Check-In

Professionals can access data from the check-in assessments done by users or caretakers to see if any changes are necessary for the user.

Caretaker users can suggest practice routines for their loved ones skill goal practices to help their loved one stay on task with their goal progress, and caretakers can add items to the calendar to keep the team informed.
